Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with a service you’ve received, please contact me within 14 days of your consultation. I will do my best to address any concerns and resolve the issue. If we are unable to meet your expectations after attempting to resolve the problem, a full refund will be provided, subject to review.
For digital products (such as presets, e-books, or courses), refunds can be issued within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or doesn’t meet the description provided. If you’ve simply changed your mind, unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for digital downloads.
Returns
Since all services and products provided are digital, there are no physical returns. However, if you’ve received an error with a downloadable product or something is wrong with your digital content, please reach out, and I will work with you to ensure you receive the correct product.
How to Request a Refund or Return

- A description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or product files (if applicable)

Exceptions
Please note that any personalized services or custom work (such as custom photo sessions, tailored consultations, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
